This is a hotel go-to for Dorking! Nicely decorated and relaxing place, it has very helpful staff who lacked training and knowledge which reduced the quality of service.

Our rooms were designer and airy here with great quality furnishings, comfortable beds plus ironing boards.

The breakfast options are nice hot with poached eggs.

Amazing location and very friendly staff were a definite plus. I ate at a very pleasant restaurant for dinner.

Extremely polite staff, pleasant views of the snowy gardens, everything is fabulous. I have stayed in the double room with a TV and good heating. The breakfast is hot, and the location is magnificent near the main restaurant and beautifully landscaped gardens convenient to M25.

I was happy with hotel's stunning and fab location in the amazing garden. The staff were really excellent as I expected. I had decent size, designer room with the coffee snug, the bedroom plus a fan, had good night's sleep. The breakfast offered plenty of incredible meals.

Perfect and elegant room with 2 camp beds squeezed in. Superb and outstanding breakfast to start the day with poached eggs and pastries, for instance. Quick check in and late check out.

Busy bar on-site, pet-friendly and well-appointed room with the window & curtains as well as the coffee. The pool area is lovely too. Modern interior, very nice restaurant.

Btw, the airport was 30 km away.

In general the staff were amazingly attentive and qualified. The free parking was on-site, efficient service. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost. The venue was in a secluded location very close to certain areas, and mature woodlands which were scenic.

We truly enjoyed spending 1 night here. It was an ideal place, had affable staff in our request on this. Secluded location was a plus.

Fairly clean place with informative and kind staff and lovely view over the lawns. Immaculate and absolutely perfect rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Incredible and marvellous location, in the business centre.
